Get in touchPresence, body and awareness
Sometimes life moves so quickly that we stop listening to what our body has been trying to tell us. Tension, tiredness, shallow breathing or a sense of disconnection can be an invitation to pause.
For me, yoga and massage are two paths towards the same place: awareness and love.
Through movement, breath, silence, touch and calm, I accompany you in creating a space where you can reconnect with your true essence.
It is not about doing more. It is about feeling again.
Prema Devi
My path of self-discovery began when I was eighteen. I felt there was something within me that I needed to uncover and, little by little, I found different paths that brought me closer to it.
Meditation and yoga arrived, but so did nature, seeds, medicinal plants and a different way of relating to the earth.
During those years I cared for a garden that, in some way, also cared for me. There I learned about the medicine of the earth, the voice of plants, rituals, gatherings around the fire and the profound connection between ourselves and nature.
Working in education with children — the little seeds of the earth — reminded me of something essential: our natural capacity to explore, play, feel and relate to the world through the body.
Yoga taught me to inhabit my body, observe myself and relate to life with greater awareness. It was during my yoga teacher training that I received the spiritual name Prema Devi.
Prema means love. Devi represents the feminine and the divine. To me, Prema Devi is the loving energy that lives within each of us and the possibility of returning to it when we learn to listen to ourselves.
That is why, when I accompany someone through yoga or massage, my intention goes beyond a posture or easing tension. I seek to create a space of presence where movement, breath, silence and touch allow us to feel again and remember what already lives within us.
From the body to awareness,
from awareness to love,
and from love to our true essence.

Yoga
Each practice is an invitation to listen to yourself. Through movement, breath, touch and presence, I accompany you in creating a space where you can inhabit your body with greater awareness, connect with what you need and return to yourself.
A practice that integrates Hatha Yoga and Kundalini Yoga, combining movement, breath, presence and meditation. A space to strengthen and mobilise the body, quiet the mind and cultivate a deeper connection with yourself.
A slow, deep practice that invites us to stay, breathe and let go. By holding postures for longer, we give the body space to release tension and the mind room to enter a state of greater stillness, presence and listening.
A one-to-one encounter created for you. We adapt the practice to your body, your current stage of life and what you need to work with, respecting your pace and accompanying your process with care and awareness.
A space to come together through play, movement and presence. A different way to share time as a family, strengthening your bond while exploring the body, breath and emotions together.
Mindful touch
A caring space where touch, plants and energy support the body in letting go, resting and restoring its natural balance.
A massage adapted to your body's needs, with special attention to areas where tension, strain or stiffness build up. I combine mindful touch with essential oils and plant-based preparations selected for each person and each session.
An encounter where massage and Reiki come together to create an experience of deep rest, connection and harmonisation. Through mindful touch and the channelling of Reiki, energy is offered where your body needs it most, allowing each session to follow its own path.
It is a way of supporting physical, mental and energetic wellbeing, creating a space where you can release tension, quiet the mind and reconnect with your vital energy.
Community, presence and ritual
Spaces to gather around the fire, share and remember the strength of the collective. Encounters where we cultivate listening, presence and a connection with the sacred, with ourselves, with others and with nature.
Through fire, silence, words, movement and ritual, we create a space where we can express ourselves, listen to one another and support each other in community.
